Right now I am still committed to the Philips (PARC) FD activity thru Art, but their operation has been okay with their present organization.  They may not need to re-invent the wheel.  The PARC FD has had good support but the use of their site is in question and may adversely affect their FD plans. Art will have more info later..

If the PARC FD does not happen then I can provide a physical presence for BARS FD.
