I copied the ISS from horizon to horizon at my QTH in Vermont. The signal was +40db most of the time. I am using eggbeater antenna, and TS-2000X. Dr Morgan MD was very clear in answering his questions about his life in space. We found out he loves cookies and they have some on the station which they will make in the oven in the next few weeks.

Subject: [bars] Listen in to the ISS Thursday 12/5/19 beginning 12:55 PM
Hello all,
Students at Council Rock High School South in Southampton, PA will be talking with Astronaut Drew Morgan, KI5AAA aboard the ISS on Thursday.
Listen for the contact beginning at about 12:55 pm eastern time on Thursday, December 5th. You should be able to hear Drew on the ISS voice downlink at
145.800 MHz FM. The ISS pass will be a high one over our area. As a result, we should be able to hear the downlink using a good vertical antenna and perhaps even using an HT. Give this a try if you can and see if you can hear the ISS' side of the contact. I will probably be in my car, listening for the contact on my mobile radio and roof mount antenna. I'll be interested to hear if anyone is able to listen in on our weekly net, next week.
73,
Jon Turner
