[bars] Final FD Package submitted to FD site

Hi all,

 

Hibernating from the heat today so I prepared and uploaded the FD
documentation package. 

 

A couple of downward adjustments to the score. It turns out the Safety
Officer claim is only available to stations in the "A" class. And, in the
end I did not clam for Publicity, Public Location or Public info table.

 

Given all of that, we landed on 3858 points. Looks like we are currently 3rd
in the country for Class 2F LP, for stations that reported to the 3830
Contest Score web page.
