[bars] BARS Online Renewal Form Available

Hello all,

I hope this email finds you well. You may recall that a couple of months
ago, we had to take the online membership renewal form offline. Good news -
It's back up and running again! If you need to renew your membership or if
you know someone who is interested in becoming a member, they can now use
our simple online form by going to W1HH.org and clicking the Join or Renew
button in the menu. As a reminder, dues run January 1 through December 31.
