[bars] W1DC 147.12 Billerica repeater down?

Thank you, Paul. Someone should post here when it’s back up. 

FYI the repeater is owned by the (Honeywell) 1200 Club, not BARS, so I hope they can act on this. BARS has helped them to find a new home for it, and some equipment has been placed there, but it’s nowhere near ready. Lots of us are willing to help if needed.

It looks like the Billerica repeater was down a good portion of the day.  I sometimes listen to 147.12 in the late PM to chat with friends coming home from work.  At 4PM it was down.   I did chat with one of these folks later in the evening on a direct frequency and the lack of response from the repeater was discussed.
