MayI suggest that she check out "Ham Test Online".  They apparently hae all 500 questions used 35 at a time on exams.  They ask the questionand then give the options, answer the question read a paragraph explaining the issue, etc.


Also, she could take the intro circuits EE course and the EE AC circuits course.
