[bars] Announcing a change in BARS Leadership

Isn't it better to have someone who *wants* to step up to be president and
run the club? Better than other board members who do not want the position?

The club is in need of repair and who better than an ex-president who is
more than capable?

It's for the betterment of the club and to keep it running now and into the
future. That's the most important thing here.

In November, hopefully someone  will have the vision and ideas and
capability to run for President and take the club forward with new ideas
and build excitement. That's what you want, that's what any club wants.

For now, Tom, K1TW is the man to fix what's broken and move the club
forward! He has my vote!
