Hi everyone,

Hard to believe summer is quickly coming to a close. I hope you've all been
staying cool. If you're not living in the New England area, it's been very
hot and humid here. Yesterday and today have been comfortable and almost
fall-like.

We've got another great newsletter for you this month. Thanks as always to
everyone who contributed and to our newsletter editor, Marla, for putting
the newsletter together. You can check it out at

you would like to submit for a future newsletter, you can do so anytime by

This Wednesday is our monthly membership meeting. The meeting will be
taking place via Zoom at 7 pm. Bruce will be sending out the Zoom invite
over the coming days, so keep an eye on your inboxes. This month's guest
speaker will be Neil Goldstein, W2NDG, presenting on what's new in digital

As a reminder, BARS dues are $15 for the year and membership runs from
January 1-December 31. Dues help cover the BARS website, Zoom account,
Field Day, etc. If you have not renewed your dues, you can do so online at
