Hi everyone,

Happy New Year! I hope this email finds you all safe and healthy. We've got
our first newsletter of the New Year ready for your reading pleasure.
Thanks to our wonderful editor, Marla, for all of her hard work on putting
this together every month and to our various members who contribute
articles each month. Without your contributions, there would be no

As a reminder, it's the beginning of the new year which means it's dues
renewal time. Dues are good from January 1-December 31 and help the club
continue to hold meetings via Zoom, run our website, and, under normal
circumstances, operate club events such as Field Day. I know a number of
you have already renewed your membership for the year, so thank you for
that! If you haven't already renewed, you can do so online at

status, you can always contact Bruce at w1lus at hotmail.com.

Speaking of Bruce, the VE Team is now holding online VE sessions.
Pre-registration is required and space is limited, so if you know someone
who is looking to get their license, let them know they can find out more
about taking an exam with the BARS VE team at

Our monthly meeting of the membership will take place at 7 pm this
Wednesday via Zoom. You should receive the Zoom invite from Bruce in the
next few days.
Our guest speaker will be Bruce MacKinnon, KC1FSZ, and he will give a
presentation on the Nano VNA Network Analyzer. We hope to see you there.
