The most obvious question is to verify your transceiver is in repeater mode. Sometimes things get changed inadvertently.
Are you using a CHIRP file? You can read a CHIRP file in Excel or LibreOffice.

If you have another transceiver or an HT, you could set the HT to simplex mode and set it to receive at the Billerica repeater input frequency (147.120MHz). See if the HT can hear you transmit.

If that works, set the HT in simplex mode to the offset frequency (147.120 - 0.600MHz = 146.52MHz) and transmit from the HT. In repeater mode on the transceiver, set to 147.12, can you hear the HT?

 Hey Folks,

So, I’m having trouble with my mobile radio. It just stopped working one day. It receives just fine, and it’ll do simplex with another radio 10ft away, but it won’t hit the Billerica repeater from the old Honeywell parking lot in Billerica.
It shows it’s transmitting, but then it doesn’t receive the repeaters tone. It’s programmed with RT systems that I downloaded onto my radio from another Ham ‘s radio of the same make and model and it works on his, so I don’t think it’s a wrong menu setting. I’m thinking it’s more of a hardware issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
