[bars] Field Day Post-Mortem? Also, Field Day 2022?

Hi All,

I was away during Field Day this year, and my brief look at the rules told me it wasn't something to just dive into blind anyway, but I had a couple of questions:

 - Is there usually a FD Post-Mortem where people discuss what went right, what went wrong, and what lessons were learned for next year?  While I can't say I could participate in such a discussion (though #ArmchairQuarterback is a hallowed tradition), I'd certainly be interested in hearing it to get an idea of how these things work.  Are there archived discussions of previous years Lessons Learned?

 - Are there discussions ahead of time for what happens next year, so us newbies can figure out what it means and how it works and how to get ready ahead of time?  I had to stop using WSJT-x FT8 for the weekend because of "FD Mode" (I didn't know what it was or how it worked or how to enable/disable it), and I'd like to be a little more clueful for next year.
