The June newsletter is now available for your reading pleasure. Thanks, as
always, to our wonderful editor, Marla, and everyone who contributed to the
newsletter. Without your efforts, there is no newsletter. As always, if you

If you know someone who isn't on the club email list that might want to

Don't forget that this Wednesday is the monthly meeting of the membership.
The meeting will take place at 7 pm via Zoom. You should receive the Zoom
meeting info from Bruce over the coming days. Our guest speaker this month
will be Terry Snyder, WB3BKN. Terry is a wire antenna expert. He will do a
presentation centered on a number of different antenna designs, from the
vertical, to the loop, to the quad, to the j pole, to the dipole, and
beyond. He will discuss the pros and cons of each design, along with the
basic design theories of these antennas. If you want to know more about
wire antennas, this is the talk for you.

Also, this is your monthly reminder that BARS dues run from January 1-
December 31. If you have not yet renewed your dues for the year, you can do
so on the BARS website at https://www.w1hh.org/join-or-renew/. If you're
not yet a member, you can become one on that same page. If you're not sure
if you are due for renewal, reach out to Bruce at w1lus at hotmail.com and he
can let you know.
