[bars] Shack cleanout - the dregs

Getting down to the short strokes on the shack magazine cleanout, and I 
have a few stragglers left:

NCJ - a stack about a little over a foot tall, a few older issues 
(1990's), the rest are more recent, probably going back 8-10 years.

The DX Magazine - a stack about 2" tall. I think this periodical is now 
defunct or online only. A descendant of Chod Harris' (SK) DX Bulletin.

Priority given to those who have already spoken for my other offerings 
(to save on the transportation effort). Beyond that, first come, first 
served; if no interest, NearFest ---> Recycling.
