[bars] Nearfest April 29/30th

It's that time again and I forgot to get an article to
Marla for the last newsletter.

BARS should have the same presence at the grassy knoll
area at the top of the hill. That along with both 10x20'
shelters and 40' or so of tables. I'll have the coffee maker
there and of course we have the potluck dinner around
5PM Friday. Feel free to bring something for the common
table.

Bring cash (small bills as well) for things to buy, bring
stuff to sell at the tables but take home what doesn't
sell. Bring a chair to sit on, bring hot/cold/wet/dry
clothes and footwear. This is spring in New England and
we've seen it all. Just hope for decent wx.

Prepaid ticket holders get in at 9 AM Friday and then
the folks who bought tickets at the gate. Go tohttp://www.near-fest.com
to see where you can buy tickets
ahead of time. Usually HRO. I do the 6 AM to 9 AM
prepaid parking duty so I get there by 5:30. 

If you are new to Nearfest the big day is Friday as
Saturday is fairly shut down by noon with the prize
drawing at 2 PM. If you come Saturday try to get there
before 8 AM.
