Hi everyone,

It's hard to believe that 2021 is behind us and it's January 1. Being the
beginning of a new month means a new newsletter and an upcoming membership
meeting. Thanks as always to everyone who contributed to this month's
newsletter. Without write ups from our club members and the help of our
wonderful editor, Marla, putting this together, there would be no
newsletter. Be sure to give this month's edition a read at

might be interested. If you're interested in submitting an article for a

This Wednesday is our monthly membership meeting night. The meeting will
take place via Zoom. You should receive a link over the coming days via
email from Bruce Anderson, W1LUS. Our speaker this month will be BARS' own
Mike Raisbeck, K1TWF. Mike is the First Vice President of the ARRL and Vice
President of BARS. He will be giving us an update on the upcoming ARRL
Board of Directors meeting. Be sure to join us on Zoom at 7 pm this
Wednesday.

As a reminder, BARS dues run from January 1 to December 31. Dues are just
$15 for the year and help cover club expenses such as the website, Zoom
subscription, and Field Day activities, among other things. If you have not
renewed your dues, you can do so online at
