[bars] Thoughts on the Icom ID-5100a

Dear Fellow Hams,

Thanks to all who responded to my original email. I received so many
different options to try, that I feel more confident with the radio I chose
to purchase. You all have opened my eyes to the many possibilities that are
out there, which is why I love this group of Hams so much. You fill in
where I have gaps. I'm looking forward to learning more about the 5100a and
all the things it can do. It should keep me busy for some time.
