[bars] Recent SPRINT Cell Phone Users Important

All,

 

Sprint was purchased by T-Mobile, T-Mobile is extending free smart phones to
Sprint users who used Samsung Cells.  There is still time until March 31 to
take advantage of this offer.

 

Since I spent weeks studying the pros and cons, I want to share with my ham
friends. 

 

The offer is real, for a 2 year contract, I've 2 Samsung S-21 EF phones
arriving for free, which I would have paid nearly $1K each for.

 

I delayed making the decision be cause I did not want a 5G phone, when I
already have 4G LTE phones and 4G will be available for 10 years at least.

 

HOWEVER, there are S-21 EF models which allow 5G mode to be turned off and
on, so you can use 4G which, on a lower frequency has less absorption and
longer range.
