Andy,

I know that some people encountered problems when Hq. switched over to the
new Personify software a few months ago. Some folks were inadvertently
assigned a second profile.

I recommend you contact membership services at Hq. to resolve this issue.
Just call the main number and explain the problem. I'm sure that someone
can help.

Incidentally, the archive search is working fine for me at the moment.
