[bars] Wachusett 6M repeater back up

Note info below. I can hit it from Chelmsford, but my tuner isn’t so happy. 

Of note, I can hit the 6M repeaters in Brookline, Pelham, and Gilford (all NH) and Marlboro, Framingham, and Fitchburg (MA) fine. See www.repeaterbook.com.
