Hello BARS list members!

We are still looking for assistance for this event on Sunday October 16th. We have locations in Lowell, Chelmsford and Tyngsboro that need to be staffed to report runner bib numbers when they come off the race.

This information is helpful for family and friends of those running to track them down when they do it show up on the course as expected. Great help to both the runners and family/friends! Health and Welfare traffic only. Great first time public service event. Very low key.

You will be assigned to a water stop or a high volume area where bathrooms are available. If you get lucky… you might be right next to an ice cream stand! Or even a DD!

The organizers of this race to be pre-Covid runner participation race… so 1100 runners for the full marathon and 1100 runners for the half marathon is expected.

Thanks for considering.
Terry
