[bars] Still looking for ham support of Baystate Marathon Sunday Ocober 16

We are still looking for assistance for this event on Sunday October 16th. I
only have about half of the total number of hams we need to staff this event
sufficiently. Please consider this low-key event as a great way to get some
public service event time.

We have locations in Lowell, Chelmsford and Tyngsboro that need to be
staffed to report runner bib numbers when they come off the race.  This
information is helpful for family and friends of those running to track them
down when they do it show up on the course as expected. Great help to both
the runners and family/friends! Health and Welfare traffic only.

You will be assigned to a water stop or a high volume area where bathrooms
are available. 

The organizers of this race to be pre-Covid runner participation race. so
1100 runners for the full marathon and 1100 runners for the half marathon is
expected.
