[bars] ARRL Emails and the BARS Email List

I recently received from you an e-mail with a form that I need to fill out and send.


The form requests a lot of information that I do not have.


I just know my FCC address: ab1nz.


QUESTION how do I fill out the form, or avoid filling out the form??
