I use DXLab for logging and award tracking. It’s complex but can be configured for almost anything — especially if you’re conversant in things like SQL. I use N1MM for contests and then export to DXLab.
If you’re not really good at software, one of the other options names will likely be better for you.
I’m somewhere in the middle but have friends in high places :-)

I like N3FJP. For a one time small fee you get lifetime access and updates to AC Log (for general logging) and logs for all of the popular American contests.

In my opinion, it is very easy to use, but you can dig in and modify the look of AC log.

Two features I like:

   - AC Log, with an easy configuration (there is a youtube video on how to do this), can create ADIF log files which can be submitted for POTA (Parks on the Air)
   - AC log can submit your QSOs to LOTW (Logbook of the World) with a couple of button clicks

Kristy,

I've tried a few and my preference, by far, is EasyLog, YMMV. I've attached a screen shot. One thing I like (among others) is the automatic logging to LoTW.

Hi All,

Is there a logging software that meets most needs? Regular, contesting etc.?

Can anyone recommend a somewhat user friendly or user friendly version for Windows?

Thank you,
