[bars] Survey Reminder

Hello everyone,

I wanted to send out a reminder to please send in your survey as soon as
you can so we can get a good sample of interest across the group. The
results are going to drive some of the activities this year so we want to
make sure everyone is heard. I've received 11 responses so far and I know
we have a lot more members to hear from. You'll have to highlight the
number on the survey because it's impossible to circle it as I asked. If
you could take a few minutes to get that done it would be appreciated.
