[bars] Telescoping masts

Anyone in the group have experience with telescoping masts, such as the
Rohn H30?
My intention is to use one to support a 4el 6m & 11el 2m yagis, with
rotor, at about 30ft. I would be bracketing it to the side of the house
at the peak of the roof (~27ft above ground) of a two story building. I
would like to avoid anything that penetrates the roof hence the ground
supported telescoping mast rather than something roof mounted.. In the
furtherance of domestic tranquility a 'real tower' is off the table at
present.
