[bars] Heavy Hitters and inability to reach be heard by them

I was able to trip both of these from my QTH in West Andover with my HT 
(5w) antenna from inside the house.  The .9625 machine seems to be 
primarily a Spanish language repeater. The .2500 machine was quiet, but 
the other one was busier.
