[bars] Free 11 Meter ground plane antenna

I have a Radio Shack CB three redial Ground plane antenna.
The main element is 107 inches long. The three radials are 49 inches long.
They appear to be wire wrapped Fiberglass elements that can be cut down for 10 Meters.
Or even for 6 Meters.
