[bars] Troubles on the FCC website

It's not just an outage. It appears to be a Russian ransomware attack
targeting federal non-military agencies (though I may be wrong about that).
Does not surprise me, I thought they would have tried it sooner, but it's
clear they are desperate in Ukraine. They won't use nukes, not if they
don't want to be smoked in response, but they will try everything else. And
this won't be the last one either. Be careful out there in cyberspace...
