[bars] Fwd: Ukrainian HAMs ask for help

Would love to get some pledges. I am considering sending him supplies and
some QRZ-1 handhelds (assuming Gigaparts isn't screwing the pooch again
with lack of stock). The contact I have in Warsaw is my nephew-in-law, a
righteous Polish family man who already helped me pool my money with others
to buy a vehicle for Ukrainian soldiers (an older Mercedes SUV). 110%
reliable.
