[bars] Field Day Preparations Zoom meeting - Tonight at 8:00

Good afternoon BARS Community,

In preparation for the field day event this coming Saturday and Sunday,
we'll be having a Zoom meeting tonight to review the details of the
equipment and station captains and to answer any questions members may
have. This event  is open to the public so feel free to pass on to others.
We hope everyone can operate in the contest and have fun meeting other
members.

The event will begin at 2:00 on Saturday June 24th and continue throughout
the night until 2:00 on Sunday the 25th. The location will be at the
Billerica Emergency Operations Center at:

67 Alexander Road
Billerica MA.

We also need volunteers on Saturday morning at 9:00 to help set up
antennas, run coax, etc so we can be on the air operating at 2:00. We also
need a few people to help break down the antennas on Sunday afternoon at
2:00. If you can spare an hour to help on either day it will be greatly
appreciated!

If you would like to operate during the event, I'm including a link to a
Google sheets schedule. Write your name or call sign in one of the 1/2 hour
slots and the information will be recorded.
