[bars] Up on FT8

Yup, made one of those up for my TS-2000. Those DIN connector pins are 
damn small and rather fiddly to solder. ;-)

Just for fun, I also added a big, red PTT switch button to the box in 
case I decide to use a desk mic in place of the hand mic.
