[bars] New England QSO Party - How to operate and submit

I've exchanged a few msgs with the NEQP crew re: digital modes. Digital
modes ARE eligible for NEQP contacts. The caveat is that the full
exchange must be made during the contact. I was not able to find a
contest mode in WSJT-X that would support the required exchange so that
pretty much excludes FT8/FT4.
However, the keyboard-centric modes, such as RTTY, PSK, etc. DO
qualify. And the upside is that they are scored like CW contacts at 2
points each! This is twice the points of an SSB contact. You can also
potentially work a station 3 times per band, SSB, CW and Digital.
Personally, I'm going to try a bit of RTTY and perhaps some PSK.
