A 20-meter beam works best when placed 60-90 feet above the ground.
There may be some good reports existing some where that will give better
details.
I had a tri-band antenna at 55 feet. It worked ok.
A Mono-Band Yagi antenna, will always work better than a Multiple band
yagi antenna.
I don't like Coax losses, so I now always use LMR-600-Untra Flex, coax
cable.
The loss on HF with LMR-600 is so low, I don't even think about it.
Also, you cant melt LMR-600 with 1,500 watts.
You can melt RG-8 with bad SWR and 1,500 watts.
