End fed antennas will cause this problem if the coax feeding the antenna is too short. End fed antennas should always be fed with at least 20 feet of coax. If your radio is indoors the 20 feet minimum of coax is the length of the coax outdoors. Use more than 20 feet of coax with end fed antennas if possible. Better yet, try a dipole antenna to see if that reduces the problem.
If your speaker wires are parallel to your antenna they will pick the RF energy from your antenna. Reorient the speaker wires to be perpendicular to your antenna and see if that reduces the problem.
