I did find a similar design by W8IO but he also is no longer offering it for sale.  He does, however, provide a detailed construction guide!

I am certainly capable of assembling the thing but I lack the tools to fabricate the parts.  Does anyone know of a local metal shop that would be willing to take on such a small project?
