[bars] When is a fuse not a fuse, redux?

FGBs are special kinds of fuses. As far as I can tell, they do not have
transparent glass in the tube and they have an indicator that pops out when
it's blown. But I can't tell for sure, the info on that designation is
kinda sparse.
