[bars] When is a fuse not a fuse, redux?

Here is the 'official' reply from Icom:

/Greetings Tim,
/ /
Thank you for contacting Icom America.
/ /
/
/Below is a breakdown of the fuse designators. Replacement fuses can be
found at local places like Home Depot, Lowes, Digi-Key, and Mouser, or
you can order replacements through our Parts Dept (p/n - 5210000090)./
/F - Fast blow/
/G - full-range breaking capacity, meaning that the fuse is capable of
breaking all overcurrents from its minimum melting current up to its
breaking capacity./
/B - trips at fault currents 3-5 times the rated current/

So.... basically your average 30A fast-blow fuse.  Cool.

73,

Tim - K1DC
