[bars] September BARS in person meeting

hello BARS,

I  talked  with the  PRES,  and   asked  about this.
September  BARS  "in person" meeting we  encourage  everyone  to come and
bring  something     to  give  away  or  sell.

 we  will have a

     1. * give away  area-table*
         and a
     2. * sell area- table*.
