[bars] NEAR-Fest venue checkout for clubs on the 25th

Hello,

I mentioned on the last BARS net that there is an opportunity for clubs 
to check out the new NEAR-Fest venue. I could not find the message at 
the time, but found it tonight.

Hello NEARFEST clubs and Associations!

I hope everyone is having an enjoyable summer. I know a few clubs have 
checked out the fairground already and that is fine. If I need to do any 
follow up with those clubs I will do so. However that was a weekday I 
wanted to provide a weekend day (or 2 if needed) for clubs to come view 
the new fair grounds and scope things out for your spots. The first date 
will be Sunday August 25th at 10 am. I know that is the last day of 
Marlborough convention but I would figure anyone heading back north 
would be a good opportunity. If that does not work for you I am looking 
at the Saturday of labor day weekend if we need that. I look forward to 
seeing you at Marlborough for those attending (I will be there Saturday) 
and hopefully see you on Sunday the 25th. Certainly if that date does 
not work or the next Saturday I am more than happy to come up with 
another alternative. Feel free to contact me as well. My phone is
