[bars] Anybody recognize this antenna?

It says Lakeview Co on one of their mobile antenna mounts, but I can't find
any record of them making something like this.

Each side is about 47cm in length. That would make it pretty close to a 1/2
wave antenna but not quite. ???

I'm making a go-box and if this works for 2 meter it would be great with
the magnetic mount.
