[bars] Bearcat BCD996P2

Hello,

I recently got a Uniden Bearcat BCD996P2. Programming is quite difficult
for me and I am unsure of how to put in the channel info. To start I just
want to hear Billerica Police, and eventually maybe surrounding towns.

Has anyone else run into the difficulty? Is there a code plug I could use?
Anything helps.
