Hi Tony,
There are several: here are two completely free options that I like
ADIF Master (windows only)

ADIF Plugin into Visual Studio Code (don't know your background to say if
this is suitable, but if you are comfortable around programming this plugs
right into your workflow)
The plugin is called "ADIF Syntax Highlighting" (all platforms where VS Code
runs - windows, mac, linux, .....)

Also, most modern logging software will let you import .ADI/.ADIF files. I
use rumlogNG and  log4om2 and they readily imports export from wsjt-x
