I am planning to up grade my Advanced Class ticket to Extra and would 
appreciate any replies to some questions.

1.  Is the ARRL 12th editions (2002-2024) study guide sold by Amazon the 
best choice?

2.  Is the downloadable .pdf version ligit?

3.  How to arrange for the exam?
