[bars] need contact info for Mark KA1INE for BARS FD bonus points

Hi all,
I have proof of up to 300 bonus points to add to our score.  ARRL FD
bulletin, Public Information Display, and Agency Visitation (unless that one
was already done by someone else . . .).  I  was advised by Ken to forward
to Mark but I am not sure I have a valid email address for him; a copied two
of them from previous reflector messages but no idea if they are correct.
