[bars] Net Notes W1HH Net Wednesday Night March 13, 2024

We occasionally have four.  Not too rarely three and often two.  In the
town competition I think we have occasionally benefited from the propensity
of Lowell, Billerica and Chelmsford to qualify the town name with north,
south etc.  Causing the moderator to dilute the town credits to our benefit.

I probably shouldn’t be giving that away…
