[bars] Nearfest date and NEW location

I think there's a handful of different draws to the event.

The plain purpose is a big ham swapmeet / giant yard sale. What's sold
really runs the gamut, from high-end stuff to pure junk (said lovingly),
some at bargain prices and some not. There's a lot of unusual stuff that
can be interesting even if you have no interest in buying it. W1TP is often
there with restored enigma machines, for example -- I could never buy one
given how much they cost, but it's a neat opportunity to see them
nonetheless. There are also commercial vendors.

It's also a big social event. I typically spend more time chatting with
folks than buying or selling radios, and I'm an introvert. NEARFest pulls a
lot of people from around New England (and some beyond), so it's a good
chance to sync up with hams you don't see often.

And finally, there can be educational talks/sessions. Those are a lot more
plentiful at Hamxposition <https://hamxposition.org/> than NEARFest,
though. Both have VE sessions for hams looking to upgrade (or new folks
looking to get licensed) -- I think our very own BARS is the one that runs
the ones at NEARFest, even.

I think it's worth attending one just for the experience, if nothing else.

73,
Matt, N1ZYY
