I use one of these:

Quad core, runs Window 10, two USB ports, one HDMI, wifi, MicroSD slot.
About the size of two cigarette packs and runs WSJT-X just fine.

They can be found for around $40-$70 or so. I picked up mine at
HamXposition for $25.
