[bars] What’s going on around Scarborough Reef

I missed the club meeting, as it was my wife’s birthday, but I know the
presentation was about the DXpedition to Scarborough Reef. This is an area
of the sea where China and the Philippines both claim authority.

I don’t know if it was because of the BARS meeting, but YouTube served up
the video below showing one example of the shenanigans that goes on between
the two countries naval vessels. At the end there is also some interesting
commentary on what happens in that part of the sea on a regular basis.
