[bars] The January newsletter will be a little late this time

The way the calendar is arranged this year means that the newsletter publication process collides with the holidays for the next two weeks.  Fortunately, we don't have a general meeting in January due to the Holiday Party that month.  So I'm  going to push out the deadline for submitting material to Monday, January 5, 2026.
