[bars] Unofficial BARS Member Patch

I’d be in on that. If that actually happens, please correct the little
things that I didn’t have the patience to get AI to fix.

The two I see are the missing dot on the opposite side of BILLERICA,
MASSACHUSETTS and the fact that MEMBER isn’t curved but BARS is.

I don’t know if anyone has used AI to generate images but anytime you ask
it to correct one mistake it makes another so my patience wore out.
